Plain summary. These are the obligations that come with a listing.

What a listing is

A record that CoBuild verified specific items on specific dates, and that you hold a current membership. It is not an endorsement, a recommendation, or a warranty of your work.

What you promise

• The information you give is accurate and yours.
• You hold the licences the states you tick actually require.
• You tell CoBuild within seven days if a licence, registration, bond or insurance policy lapses, is suspended, or is subject to disciplinary action.
• You carry the insurance your listing states, at the limits stated.
• You respond to owner enquiries that come through the directory.
• You contract directly with owners. CoBuild is not a party to your work.

What CoBuild does

• Verifies your entity, licence, insurance and references at the source.
• Records what was checked, by whom and when, and shows those dates on your listing.
• Warns you before a credential on file expires.
• Removes the listing if a credential lapses, a check fails on review, or the membership stops — and tells you which.

Billing

$99 per month, billed by Stripe, starting when you start it. Cancel any time; the listing runs to the end of the paid period. Cancelling does not withdraw approval.

Removal

CoBuild may suspend or remove a listing for a lapsed credential, a material inaccuracy, a pattern of unanswered enquiries, or conduct that would put an owner at risk. You are told the reason and may respond.
